You are welcome to place your order through our website. If an item is not available at the time of your ordering, the total for that item will be deducted from your order amount due and you will only be charged for what we can send you at that time. The only exception is in the case of pre ordered dolls for which a deposit is taken and held till the doll kit has arrived. When the dolls have arrived we will contact you and request the balance of the kit and the postage. When the balance of the payment is received the doll kit will be shipped to you.

If you do not wish to use our website you are welcome to phone or mail your order to us. If you are mailing your order, please note the code numbers of the items on your written order so we send you exactly what you want, including the colour, size etc. Please include your credit card details or payment with your order as payment prior to shipping to you is required.

If you are paying by money order it is advisable to enquire about the cost of the postage prior to sending the money order to us, as it only delays your order when insufficient postage is included and the order is held waiting for further payment.

If you do not wish to place your credit card details over our secure website, you are welcome to use Paypal for your purchases.

Please include your email address and phone number with your orders in case we need to contact you regarding your order. Your order would be delayed considerably if we had to mail our request for information to you.

Your details are private and will not be divulged to any other party in any way. We will only send our mailing to customers who have requested to be put on our mailing list, we respect your privacy (see our Privacy Policy).
